Family History Downunder -Ambassador #FHDU2021
Today, while my mind was wandering as it often does, I opened an email that gave me fantastic unexpected news. I have been chosen to be an Ambassador for the Family History Downunder Conference which is a huge genealogy/family history conference being held on the Sunshine Coast on 22-26 March 2021.
I did put my name forward for this, but had no expectation of being chosen, as there are so many really great genealogy bloggers (geneabloggers), both in Australia and internationally.
This conference is now marked on my calendar, with my booking made already. I wouldn’t miss it, as there will be a huge line up of amazing and knowledgeable guest speakers who are experts in their field.
There are so many changes happening in genealogy at the moment, in many different areas. Just two examples are technology and DNA. This conference will give the opportunity for genealogists and family historians to immerse themselves into the latest learnings and research tips, from highly respected Australian and international speakers.
Guest speakers will be announced soon, so watch this space for further information.
Early bird bookings are now available here
